And then there’s the Male Models And Cute Kittens Doing The Same Pose “article” that Erica posted on my Facebook wall. She really knows me too well…
Also on the fun front – on Wednesday night we had a clothing swap at my place for our last Community Group. We all walked away with a ton of great new clothes, and we donated what was left (about 3 trash bags full!) to Covenant House.

To add to the girliness of the evening, I made an old favorite - a batch of Nutella Cake Batter Blondies. They were a whole lot of ooey gooey chocolately success, to say the least.

As for a new favorite – I’m loving these Little Green Handcrafted ‘Shroom Burgers. I always find store-bought veggie burgers to be way too small, and these are actually the size of a real burger. My go-to lunch lately.

Every time I stop working out first thing in the morning…I pretty much stop working out all together. Why do I always forget how amazing it feels to exercise before work?! Back on the bandwagon with some strength training + treadmill intervals.

Some new food finds have been several new Dannon Light ‘n Fit Greek yogurt flavors - Strawberry Cheesecake, Pomegranate Berry, Caramel Macchiato, and Blackberry! All are yummy.

I love to workout in the morning but with classes during the week it’s usually afternoon//evening for me!
I prefer to workout in the morning. It’s so refreshing to feel like you’ve already accomplished something in the morning. During the colder winter months I have a hard time getting myself out of my warm bed but morning workouts are certainly preferable! I recently discovered chia seeds per my mom. She’s been adding them to her fruit drinks and they’re a very healthy addition!

I’m the same way with exercise- if I don’t do it first thing in the morning, it usually doesn’t happen. It’s just a pain to get all sweaty after I have my hair/makeup done. And my afternoons are always busy. Le sigh. But working out in the morning gets me so motivated for the day so I can’t complain!
Also, note to self: subscribe to Bestowed. That box looks amazing!
Morning workouts ALWAYS make me feel like I have a better day - and its probably true! Evening workouts are okay…but I’m more likely to not do them, or make excuses. Plus, I get to hang out with a great little group of people to make me feel better!
