Three: hours it took to get from Manhattan to South Jersey yesterday morning.
Three: stops I had to make on the way. Once for fuel, once because tires were low, and once because I had a blonde moment couldn’t figure out how to de-fog the windshield.
Two: cups of black coffee it took to counter my sleep deprivation.
Five: American flags found around our shore house. We’re like, really patriotic.
Gazillion: emails I tried (and failed) to catch up on from the weekend.
Six: hours I spent working when I really wanted to be outside enjoying the beautiful day.
Seven: dollars added to my pedi so I can now always reapply my new favorite pink polish - “That’s Hot! Pink.”

120: minutes I spent glued to the TV last night watching The Bachelorette. Poor Des 
Four: clams were the only thing left over from our Monday night seafood feast.
Thirty: days that flew by. Is it really almost August?

I don’t have any special plans this weekend except for a possible road trip with my mom to a really, really good chocolate place in southern PA. My go-to nail polish is Shocking Pink by China Glaze. Love me some neons!

Having to work when it’s pretty outside is the worst. Love that pink nail polish though! My go-to polish on my toes is a bright red/pink color. I’m boring with clear finger nails because the polish always chips.

Great photos! My go-to polish this summer is definitely Sally Hansen Hard as Nails in Violet Lace (I think it’s called that, I definitely know it’s something lace). I also watched The Bachelorette last night and it felt so real with the situation with Brooks, I found myself almost in tears.
I love the bike quote! I’ve been rocking clear this summer, surprisingly. Between gardening, working out, and babysitting, they get chipped faster than I can keep up with! So clear makes it easy. i’m enjoying going all natural for a while!
I can’t tell you how much I miss painting my nails! At Starbucks we’re not allowed to wear any polish and I feel so deprived! Thankfully I’m not going to be working there for much longer…and you can bet that I’ll be getting a manicure as soon as I finish my last day!

I can’t wear nail polish because my nails feel weird when they get too long, so they are really short and nail polish looks weird on them! BUT - I have super awesome weekend plans (though not as awesome as your pictures look!) - I’m going to see Lion King (the musical) with a good friend! The first time I saw it was in NYC. I would LOVE to live there some day!
