good eats.

Remember that time I was mostly a food blogger?

…yeah. Me neither.

I couldn’t give you a reason why I stopped blogging about food so much. I think it’s a combination of my shameful overuse of Seamless and wondering why anyone would even care what I eat. BUT, I do live in one of the most delicious cities in the world – and I do love food - so I think I’ll start getting back to sharing my foodie-self with you all.

Like my delicious Mexican meal last night at Mad Dog & Beans.

That would be their Shrimp Tostada - two crispy corn tortillas with guacamole piled high with a salad of shaved romaine, white cabbage, queso fresco and pica de gallo , tossed in cilantro-basil dressing, drizzled with crema fresca and topped with grilled shrimp.

And what meal is complete without chips, salsa, and made-from-scratch guacamole?

Apparently I’m on a shrimp kick because just the night before my dinner was this big old salad. In the mix: baby spinach, grilled shrimp, avocado, and goat cheese topped with oil & vinegar.

And if we’re getting really nitty gritty, my breakfasts lately have looked a little bit like this.

Do you enjoy food-related blog posts? What’s the best thing you ate recently?
