The good: while I was in Pennsylvania over the weekend I went through some old pictures and found this one of my childhood pet, Cuddles. Yes I named my cat Cuddles, and no she was not as evil as she looks.

The bad: my eyebrows in junior high. WOOF.

The good: also over the weekend - I was able to put my driving skills to the test, which is a rarity these days.
The bad: I may or may not have become a bit of a slow, slightly-paranoid driver.

The good: speaking of transportation, I’m not the only one who is lazy when it comes to getting around in NYC.
The bad: we enable each other.

The good: I’m still keeping up with trying to be fit and stuff.
The bad: I got this tea because I heard it was healthy, but it tastes like a mix of cough syrup and dirty feet.

The good: I’m late to the game on this one but…LANA. DEL. REY. Especially loving this remix of Summertime Sadness.
The bad: what the heck took me so long??
Any other Lana fans out there?
Tell me one good and/or bad thing that has happened to you recently!

The bad : Midterms!!
The good: Spring is almost here, which means summer is just around the corner! Sort of.
I love your blog!
Good: got a few days off to take a mini vacay for the hubs birthday. Bad: we are long overdue for some car maintenance…we may not make it there!
LOVE Lana Del Rey! Good: I went ice climbing yesterday and loved it! Bad: I am moving in less than two weeks and haven’t started packing yet.
Good: Just bought some more peanut butter
Bad: I also just bought that tea :/
I adore Lana Del Rey! Her album ‘Born To Die’ is one I listen to weekly. My favorite songs are Blue Jeans (obviously) and Video Games (my absolute favorite)!
yes, love those songs too!
Ew bummer the tea wasn’t good
and lets not talk about high school eyebrows. hahaha
LOVE that Lana remix!
What are you even talking about when it comes to you eyebrows? They look normal. Yeesh. They’re eyebrows, for pete’s sake.
That’s so funny that you mention just coming to the Lana del Ray party because just this morning I was thinking the same thing myself! Completely obsessed with Born To Die right now. Sounds like you’ve been having a fun time recently
There are definitely better rooibos teas out there. Go to one of the Teavanas in the city where you can taste stuff, have fun smelling the whole leaves in those huge canisters (they’ll let you smell anything). They’re so helpful. Love that place. Also, a new tea obsession of mine is Harney and Sons hot cinnamon sunset. It has a low level of caffeine (40-60mg, I think?), it’s a little spicy/sweet, it’s made with cinnamon, cloves, and orange peel, I don’t have to sweeten it (and I sweeten everything), and cinnamon/black tea are so good for you/your metabolism. I actually found it in Duane Reade!
that hot cinnamon sunset tea sounds DELICIOUS! will definitely have to try it. and good to know that there are better rooibos’ out there. thanks for the comment
I ad a cat named Cuddles, too, as a child! And I’m definitely lazy when it comes to transportation in the city. My bf always wants to take a cab, so I’m kind of glad when my friends are like, we’re taking the subway.
I love Lana. She’s so different, and gorgeous.
so funny, i’ve gotten so lazy about public transportation too! maybe its the weather
Absolutely love Lana Del Rey, and yes felt the same as you, what took me so long!?!
