morning mash up.

I forget how to meal plan.
I forget what having a fully stocked fridge is like.
I forget how it feels to sit down to a comforting, home-cooked meal…

…but at least I’ve gotten pretty darn creative with other options.

the morning mash up.

I came up with this little concoction a few days ago and have been eating it for breakfast ever since. Into a bowl (or paper cup, ahem) goes:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 granola bar (I usually go with KIND Bars)
  • 2+ tablespoons nut butter

Then…mash it up!

It’s quick, easy, and disgusting-looking enough that you won’t be asked to share. Enjoy!
