…to tell someone – anyone - how much you really care about them.
…to delete that unhealthy contact from your phone once and for all.
…to avoid social media for a day.
…to trust your intuition and leave it at that.
…to stop the vicious “I’ll start on Monday” cycle.
…to go without makeup.
…to text/call someone you haven’t talked to in a while just to say hi.
…to take the scenic route.
…to accept the apology you may have never gotten.
…to swallow your pride and do the apologizing if need be.
…to stop caring so damn much about numbers. Miles, dollars, carbs, minutes, time…life shouldn’t be quantified.
…to do something outside of the plan.
