OMG, this is EXACTLY what I did last night. Except that I baked about 120 cookies. I thought I would be all cool and make cake pops to give out as holiday treats to co-workers. Big dreams. Cake pops quickly turned into place and bake cookies. No one will ever know.
haha! 120…girl I probably would’ve just bought a tray of cookies from a bakery 😛 good for you!
I actually prefer to make my cookies and brownies from scratch. I usually think it’s just as easy and they taste a bit better (in my opinion). BUT I prefer box cake mix. Every time I try to make cupcakes or cake from scratch, the end result is never as moist as the stuff from a box.
That being said, I am also completely cool with box mix cookies/brownies. I love all sweets, regardless of where they come from!! 😉
oh yeah, from scratch is always better! i’m just…well, lazy. haha!

Ummmm those look amazing. And I bet they taste even better. I know they do because I’ve made them. Those chocolate chip cookies are the BEST!
I prefer to make cookies from scratch, but when it comes to cupcakes, I’m all about the baking mixes. 😉 Duncan Hines is my favourite!
