Like most girls, I go through my fair share of “obsessions.”
…you know – those things I have to talk about all the time so everyone knows they’re my favorite. Don’t pretend you’re not guilty of doing that too.
For example, there’s my love for list-making, which has gone to a whole new level now that Jessi got me this book/journal for my birthday.
Also slightly in the nerd-department is my newfound love for Roku – a birthday gift from my Daddy – which allows me to watch a ton of television series, movies, etc. As a TV-lover who has been cable-less for a year…this is big, people.
You know I can’t have a list of what I’m loving right now without including food. My newest obsession is coconut milk ice cream. It’s creamy, it’s coconutty, and it tastes especially good when eaten straight out of the pint whilewatchingthebachelor. Who said that?
I was never a huge fan of Adam Levine. In fact, I find his voice to be somewhat on the painful side. His style and those cute little tattoos of his, on the other hand…

I’ve always been a dog lover, but lately I’ve become especially obsessed with boxers (this lady is partly to blame). I don’t know if it’s the onset of spring or just wanting something I can’t have (big dog + small apartment = not ideal), but a girl can dream…right?

I am obsessed with Adam Levine. I went to a Maroon 5 concert this past summer and finally understood the allure of a rockstar. Boy was workin’ it up there. Also, you should watch The Voice. He is adorable there and wears the most attractive hipster sweaters.
Get a puppy- they’re so much fun! I am so happy we decided to get one, even if he’s itty-bitty and we originally wanted a lab… But like you, we’re in an apartment and don’t have a yard so it wasn’t realistic.
P.S. I’m totes loving wearing spring dresses, anything with PB and raisins, and knowing that I am registered for my first course- welcoming a career change!!!
Growing up, my family always had boxers & my parents have a boxer puppy right now. They’re (one of) the best dogs & I have to disagree with the comment that they get obnoxious when they’re full grown… they’re people lovers!

I fully support getting a boxer! I had my boxer and australian shepherd in an 800 sq ft apartment and they were just fine. Last year we moved into a slightly bigger apartment with my boyfriend and his humongous furniture, so they have even less open space. All they want to do is sit on our laps when we’re home anyway… as long as it gets a good walk in, you should be fine. Yes, they’re high energy but mine adapted really well.
Aww I love the puppy pictures! My husband is anti-puppy … not that he doesn’t like them, but he doesn’t want us to get one … so I have to live vicariously through pictures like the ones above!

Awww! I had two boxers when I was growing up. I absolutely love them. They are craaazy puppies though- they get into everything! I’ve been dying to get a puppy for the last 6 months too. Unfortunately, my apartment doesn’t allow pets. ): Hopefully soon!
