    I’ve been on a ton of awful dates, so take pride in the fact that you haven’t been through that. 😛

    I feel like the only girl in the world who doesn’t like red roses.

    I feel like the only one who looks awful in make up and prefers to leave the house au naturale.

    I’ve been to that Grover Cleveland rest stop!!! Its in new jersey isn’t it?! oh and i LOOOOVE whole milk its like drinking straight up cream, delicious!!!!

    Please do tell. HOW can you love rest stops? OK I always have to stop because my bladder is clearly too small for my liquid consumption, but I can honestly say I’ve never enjoyed the experience. I’m thankful that they exist but… they are never clean!

    I love rest stops :) which is why it always takes me forever on car trips (plus I drink tons of water/coffee when driving so I always need a bathroom).

    I sometimes feel like the only girl who will spray whip cream directly into her mouth (and accidently eat the entire bottle for dinner).

    I feel like I’m the only girl in the world who hates every kind of juice except cranberry. And only when it’s mixed with vodka. (Okay, so OJ is decent with champagne as well).

    I love rest stops too because my bladder is usually bursting by the time they roll around.

    HOORAY! i am so glad to hear that you like rest stops. I DO TOO! And further more - lots of people in your comments section have admitted that they too love rest stops - I think that we shall all take a road trip and visit several :)

    sometimes I feel like I’m the only girl in the world…

    -who has NO skin care regiment, doesn’t wash her face outside of a shower rinse, and hardly EVER wears make up. (we’re talking less than a handful of times a year, and usually only mascara)

    -who doesn’t like pumpkin spice lattes. Or very many pumpkiny things at all, for that matter. (i don’t mind SOME pumpkin flavored baked goods. Usually ones in which I can’t really taste the pumpkin over the sugar) Did i just MISS this gene upon creation?

    -who doesn’t want babies. um. ever. I am in my late 20’s and when people find out that I don’t want children, they look at me like I just announced I plan to eat my own foot for breakfast. Is it not PERFECTLY acceptable NOT to procreate? I mean, REALLY!?!?

    I drive an SUV! I haven’t ever had whole milk that I can remember, But I do know people who LOVE it and will never change over :)

    Sometimes I feel like the only girl who is not a fan of nuts. I mean I like them, btu I would rather have nut butter. I would NEVER choose almonds over almond butter if you catch my drift

    I also feel like the only girl who really doesn’t know EXACTLY what I want to be when I grow up…sure I have interests and passions but I cannot tell you where I will be in 5 or 10 years! (I am okay with taht too, as long as I am happy!)

    I thought I was the only girl in the world who’d been on just one real date! No, seriously. I’d been on a couple unofficial dates (blah), but I just had my first REAL date this past summer! (Real date = guy asks, I get dressed up, he picks me up, he pays for dinner, etc.)

    I feel like I’m the only girl in the world who…
    -has no interest in Harry Potter or Twilight
    -can watch football or baseball and actually understand what’s going on

    My oatmeal looks pretty much like that, too.
    I also really like l-o-n-g drives, eggs with hummus, and dates at the grocery store.

    I think all of us would love rest stops a bit more if all of them looked like yours. I am currently vacationing and all of the rest stops I saw had nothing more than a vending machine or two, (smelly) bathrooms, and a pet walking area. Although, I’m in the Midwest where they’re still overjoyed with the invention of electricity and running water :p and I do not currently drive an SUV but you better believe that when the car my parents bought me is a goner, the first car I buy myself will be a big bad SUV! sometimes I feel like the only girl in the world that truly doesn’t mind being alone. I strive on being alone.. It makes me happy! Perhaps I’m introverted but I don’t really care! I’d much rather rely on myself for my happiness than depend on someone else being there to do it for me! I can’t even stand sleeping in the same bed with someone! I want the bed and the covers all to myself! Although I consider this to be a good thing right now, I knowIts going to have to tone down eventually whenever I’m ready to start settling down with someon there’s a difference between independent and selfish!

      Yeah, some rest stops can be pretty gross :/ I stopped at one the other day, though, and it was like a mini-mall!! Which inspired this post, haha :) and I think your mindset about being alone is a healthy one!

    I LOVE rest stops. They are just SO EFFICIENT! Like, you don’t have to get off the highway, find a gas station, find your way back. They have everything you need AND a picnic area. They are the best part about road trips!

    I have an SUV too and enjoy stopping at rest stops especially on long road trips 😉 I feel I am the only girl in the world that loves drinking her green smoothies every morning! HAHA

    Rest stops are awesome! I agree :) and I’m totally jealous of your SUV, I wish I’d picked out a bigger car. But I am totally blessed to drive and own a car, so I should be happy either way 😉

    I make my oatmeal *really* thick (not too much water, basically), basically it’s more like a very moist granola bar than anything else.

    I often feel like the only girl in the world that dreads shopping for clothes and finds Johnny Depp extremely unattractive.

    1. Great choice in milk. I’m currently drinking a gallon of whole milk everyday, and Organic Valley is the brand I drink as well. You probably already know this, but it ranks very high on the quality scale: Cornucopia dairy rankings

    2. What’s wrong with you people? Rest stops, really!? Look, I’ll eat Chex Mix off the pavement as much as the next guy, but public rest stops disgust me. It’s like Disneyland for diseases.

    3. I feel like the only guy in the world who isn’t a rabid football fan…Sorry, I’m more into baseball.

    Sometimes I feel like the only girl in the world who:

    1) Is totally NOT into Harry Potter (or Twilight, for that matter)
    2) Who would rather get up early and run than stay up late and drink
    3) Who prefers quiet nights in than social nights out
    4) Who still feels compelled to do the New Kids dance anytime she hears Hangin Tough (and it’s prob more often than you think seeing as this song is on my iPod :-))

    I dont drive an SUV, but I still love them. My husband has a Jeep. It’s going to die soon, and it will be replaced with another SUV, I am sure. We both love them!! And I love car rides and rest stops and anything dealing with road trips!

    I love rest stops too! When Mark and I drove to North Carolina I made sure we stopped in one in every new state.

    And I haven’t done much dating. My one and only date was really in high school.

    I don’t mind whole milk, when I drink regular milk, that is. I feel like the only girl in the world who absolutely cannot stomach mint chocolate anything. Thin Mints, mint chip ice cream, Andes after dinner mints . . . G-R-O-S-S! Hate it all. Won’t touch it. I get many a “Who the hell ARE you?!” looks from friends and occasionally the boyfriend, but alas . . . I don’t like it. My thought is, when you eat chocolate, you should eat chocolate and savor the flavor — you don’t go and brush your teeth right afterwards. Ew.

    I drive an SUV. I think they are sexy for women! And as for the date thing, homegirl, I FEEL YOU.

    Also every time (again twice) you post one of these, I sit here for five minutes trying to think of things I am the “only person” of…and I can’t think of a single one.

    I’ve only been on one date in my life. And I wouldn’t even call it a real date. 😛 So you’re not alone in that!

    Sometimes I feel like the only girl in the world who has absolutely no idea how to apply foundation, concealer, or eyeliner haha!

    I love this post! I sometimes feel like I’m the only person (let alone girl) who:
    1. loves doing laundrey and the dishes… and really any sort of cleaning.
    2. doesn’t have a phone that does anything other than, well, make calls.
    3. goes days without wearing a bit of makeup and could really care less.
    4. who is always told I look young for her age and yet find myself plucking out white hairs on a weekly basis. :)

    I used to drive an SUV!

    I’m the only girl…… who sometimes likes to stay in rather than go out, who likes food shopping more than clothes shopping, and i like rest stops too -> very necessary! :)

    sometimes I feel like Im the only girl in the world who loves raw fish as much as I do. I crazy it when Im hungover. Trust me, im pretty sure Im the only one haha
