As someone who walks at least a few miles almost every day here in New York City, I find myself constantly listening to new music and podcasts. I also often find myself envying people who have great big headphones on, while I’m wearing tiny ear buds that can be awkward, uncomfortable, and sometimes even painful.
That’s why I was thrilled when Monster offered to send me a brand new pair of their N-Tune HD headphones from the Candy Color Collection.
I’ve never had a nice pair of headphones, so I couldn’t wait to try them out. I headed out for a walk around the city, and the first thing I noticed was that the headphones were SO comfortable. They felt like pillows on my ears, and they stayed securely placed on my head (unlike ear buds, which were always falling out of my ears).
Then there was the sound. I still can’t get over how great the quality is – it’s like I was hearing my favorite music in a way like never before. And podcasts felt like I was right next to the person speaking. Not to mention the headphones completely blocked out any other sounds around me, which in NYC there is definitely no shortage of.
I also really love the durability and look of my Monster N-Tune headphones. I can tell that they were designed to be durable and last for a long time, which makes the value of them even greater. You can literally twist the headphones without them breaking! Not to mention they come with tangle-free cables, which is always a plus.
And then there’s the great variety of different colors the headphones come in like Candy Blue, Candy Tangerine, Candy Purple, and Candy Green. Mine are Candy Apple Red, and I just love them.
Lastly, I really just enjoyed opening my new Monster N-Tune headphones. They came in a nice box that they can be stored in, along with a drawstring cloth bag for transportation, and a cleaning cloth. With the holidays around the corner, I can’t help but think that Monster N-Tune headphones would be a perfect gift for someone – it’s an impressive gift but also one that’s practical and can be used on a daily basis.
