style: ready {set} go.

This look is brought to you by two things I never thought I’d wear.

1) a co-ord set
2) a tight crop top

Let’s start with the co-ord. I’ve been a huge fan of this look for a while, but my short stature always kept me away from it. Too much print is usually way overwhelming my measly 5’3″ self. But when I saw this black and white dogtooth print, I thought it might be a good one to experiment with.

And then there’s the crop top. I actually do wear crop tops here and there in the warmer seasons, but I usually stick to a more loose/flowy one. Tight crop tops are much less forgiving, for obvious reasons. I love it with this set, though, and it doesn’t feel too showy because I have the “safety” of the big faux fur coat over it.

The best part? This whole look (minus the jewelry) is definitely #TrendyNotSpendy! Almost every piece is from Boohoo.com, which I’m such a huge fan of. They have so many great clothes at reasonable prices.

First of all, I love your hair!
I have always found stores with “sexy” overpriced clothing repulsive (such as American Apparel). I’m not sure what happened but I suddenly love shopping at places like that and going over the top with all aspects of my look. I guess it’s all about not giving a damn!
Keep up the cute outfits :)
