Although I do love getting dressed up and being girly, most of the time I’m just your simple jeans and a t-shirt chick.
One of the reasons I love fall (and sometimes even winter) so much is because I can take an average jeans & t-shirt outfit and add my personal style with fun accessories and outerwear.
I’ve been on the lookout for a new faux fur jacket, and this cream-colored Free People one I found is all sorts of shaggy chic.

The whole look:
Shaggy Faux Fur Cropped Jacket – Free People/Revolve
black skinnies – H&M
t-shirt – Urban Outfitters
booties – DSW
handbag - Target
necklace – Speakable

Do you prefer dressing girly/feminine, or are you typically more casual?

I’m all about jeans + T-shirts, simple chic, but that coat is perfection! Such a fun way to jazz up a casual outfit.
ahhh, Free People always for the win. i’m more of a casual girl in my down time — ripped jeans, Chucks, plaid shirts, scarves — but i’ll dress it up for an event and love that, too.
My everyday look is definitely casual, but I love getting all girly and dressed up on occasion.
Naturally, I was drawn to the green handbag in this ensemble!
Isn’t it fun? I don’t usually like bright colors (especially green, ha) but I get so many compliments on this one. Target!
You are totally rocking this look lady! That jacket looks so cozy too! I usually go for a more girly look and am often in dresses or skirts but if I’m rocking pants I like to pair them with some sort of heel or wedge!
I love love love those shoes!!
totally inspired by that handbag. That shade of green is perfect. Did you buy it online or in-store?
at the store a few months ago, but looks like it’s still online! not sure if in the green, though
I am definitely the casual girl, but love doing little girlie “pops” in some of my outfits. Love these fashion posts…makes me excited to see where some of the pieces are from, and that they are so much more affordable than other fashion blogs!
Love the fashion shots! some of my favorite to do!
