Might as well keep this “day in the life” thing going, right?
Yesterday was another great day. On Wednesdays (and Fridays) I don’t work my real estate job, so I have more freedom in my schedule. And that looked a little bit like…
**********
8am – wake up, drink coffee, spend time with God.
9am – post blog, catch up on emails, write to Ayanda.
10am – watch Wendy Williams, eat breakfast.
(green smoothie, 2 fried eggs, slice of brown rice bread)
10:30am – 12:30pm – work on Speakable orders to be shipped by the end of the week.
12:45pm – head downtown for a last minute hair touchup at Arrojo.
(If you’re in NYC and are looking for a hair colorist, shoot me an email at gracie(at)girlmeetslife(dot)com. I’ve got the girl for you!)
4pm – get home, eat a super late lunch, and start making a treat for my Community Group girls. Recipe to come!
5pm – 7pm – work on some upcoming blog posts, prep for company.
7:30 – 10pm – one of my favorite parts of the week! My Community Group took place at my apartment last night, and it was perfect. We chatted about life, enjoyed some treats, and played games. I love these girls!

930-10ish fall asleep watching Golden Girls
Is my life that depressing? Did I mention my dog is awesome, and my weekends are better?
not depressing at all! looks like a fun, full life to me
The highlight of my Wednesday?
9:30 PM - watch DVRed The Walking Dead
I’ve yet to watch The Walking Dead - gotta get on that!
Community groups are the best! Being surrounded by girls who you know share your faith, but also just want to have fun :)!
Your hair also looks so great! I need to go to your colorist if I ever move to New York!
Community Group sounds awesome. We all need some time to talk about life and to have a committed group is a blessing.
what is a community group?
It’s a small group of girls from my church - we get together once a week and do fun things around the city
other groups do things like a book study, different activities, etc. http://www.libertychurchnyc.com/community-groups-2/
