Slowly but surely, I WILL cook and bake my way through my reciplease Pinterest board!
Last week it was Pretzel Cookies with Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chips, and yesterday I made Loaded Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwiches for my Wednesday night Community Group.

I followed this recipe for Peanut Butter Marshmallow Sandwich Cookies almost exactly, except I didn’t make my own marshmallow filling. Instead I used a combination of marshmallow Fluff and Nutella.

Other notes: I made the cookies pretty small since they’re so decadent. I also refrigerated them after I made the sandwiches so that the fluff and Nutella set better.
The result of it all was…heavenly.

What’s your favorite cookie?
What new recipe have you tried lately?

I FORGOT TO GRAB ONE.

Wow, I REALLY love the way these cookies look! They look ideal and so tummy! My favorite cookie is a classic oatmeal one, it reminds me of my childhood and is oh, so satisfying!
This is like a chocolate chip fluffernutter. YUM! My favorite cookie is probably a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie with walnuts. Mmm!
YUM! Nuetella +Fluffernutter = Genius.
This smitten kitchen recipe is my all time favorite. Ever. In the world. I have a feeling based upon your recipe you would enjoy them: http://smittenkitchen.com/blog/2007/12/peanut-butter-cookies/
