After a short four day week in the city, on Friday it was time to head back to the Hamptons.

Compared to the weather from the weekend before, that’s much more like it.
Rewind to Friday, where we took an evening train to Montauk. The three hours of boredom and trying to stay occupied on Pinterest was especially grueling because…

…I was keeping a huge secret. My best friend Jessi was just hours away from getting ENGAGED!!!!! Soon after we arrived, her boyfriend fiancé Parker was proposing on the beach.
She said yes 
Congratulations, love birds!
Naturally we went out Friday night to celebrate…and I may or may not have been the obnoxious “woo girl” telling everyone that my best friend was getting married. Sorryimnotsorry.

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have a lot on my mind/heart lately, so the weekend away was definitely refreshing.

I worked a lot this past weekend and spent time with the people that mean the most to me, my family and friends. Nothing I love more.

Glad you’re loving the Hamptons! I live in Sag Harbor year round (Im a local - born and raised). Do you only go out to Montauk? You should explore Sag/Southampton/East Hampton - there’s some fun things out here more than the beach!!!!
Yup - have been to Westhampton, East Hampton, and Bridgehampton as well - love them all! You must love living there
