oh, hi!

My name is Gracie. I'm a twenty-something recent college grad on a mission to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life...while having fun along the way!

Guess what I did last night?

If you guessed “attend a peanut butter-themed cocktail party,” you’re correct :)

Gabriela was kind enough to invite me along as her guest to the kickoff event for the Nutropolitan Museum of Art, hosted by PB & Co. and the National Peanut Board.

The Nutropolitan – the world’s first pb&j art exhibit – will be held over the next three days (3/4 – 3/6) at the Openhouse Gallery in Soho. Each visitor will receive a free jar of peanut butter, as well as a second jar donated to the Food Bank For New York City in their honor. So if you’re in the New York area, stop by for some activities and fun - it’s for a great cause!

Anyway, last night’s event was hoppin’ with fellow peanut butter lovers…

…and peanutty snacks, of course!

Art isn’t exactly my forte, but the artwork at the event was definitely the type I could see myself getting into.

One piece in particular – a sandwich of white chocolate peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and coconut flakes - was dubbed my “dream sandwich” by Gabriela. She was right.

And Gabs went for the veggies, of course ;)

The best part? We were sent home with rockin’ swag bags, complete with not one but two of my favorite PB&Co. peanut butters.

Thanks so much to PB&Co. We had a great time!

Describe your childhood pb&j sandwich. Mine was usually white bread, peanut butter, grape jelly, and butter. Yes, regular butter (don’t knock it ‘til ya try it!).
