a good day.

Today was a good day. Great, in fact.

I haven’t done a full day’s recap in a while, so here ‘goes!

I “slept in” this morning by waking up around 7:15. After spending about an hour doing blog-related stuff, I headed to work in a lazy comfy outfit (perk #56 of working for the family business).

Work took up most of my morning, which I didn’t mind because I knew I had an exciting lunch break to look forward to. Would you believe me if I said it was my first time having authentic Indian food? Well…authentic Indian takeout :)

Thanks to my responsive Twitter babes, I decided on getting Chana Masala. With rice and (triple the amount of) naan, I think I finally know what the Indian food obsession is all about.

After catching up on some more work, it was time to decorate the office. Enter: another first….my first time decorating a real Christmas tree!

When I arrived home from work later in the afternoon, I quickly changed into my workout gear for a virtual training session with Nicole.

Side note: have I mentioned that Nicole and her boyfriend Shaun will be the future parents of Silas and Lucy?! Hooray :D

Our session was butt-kicking, as usual. I was a sweaty mess (in case you were wondering), so I took a quick shower and put on my Tuesday’s best.

Then, it was off to a Sixers game with my pops and sister. Despite living in the Philadelphia area all my life, I’ve never been to a 76er’s game. We had a blast.

I finally arrived home around 10pm, perfectly exhausted and pleased with the day behind me. Time for bed!. Ta ta, sweet ones. xoxo G

  • What’s your favorite sporting event to attend?
  • Now that I’m no longer an Indian food virgin, what should I order next time??
