For some people, today might be a special day. There are probably people getting married. Having a child. Celebrating a birthday.
But, for most of us, today is just any old day, right? Thanks, but no thanks.
I’m sick of ordinary days. Let’s make today be an extraordinary day, shall we?

I’m loving the non-foodie post recently…always such a good reminder of the IMPORTANT things in life. How am I making today extraordinary? By being patient with my mom, eating chocolate with every meal, and looking through old pictures to make myself smile. Hope your day is going beautifully my dear!

LOVE THIS!!!!!! I am going to make today extraordinary by forgiving someone I’ve been holding a grudge against (not for long, only since yesterday, but still!). Remaining angry at someone just isn’t worth it - not when there’s so much love that’s just waiting to be passed around!
Love it! I already made today extraordinary by going all out in my gym class this morning and having fun while doing it! Oh..and I will be celebrating with margaritas in 3 hrs..ya know.
My day’s extraordinary because I’m getting together with a good friend who used to live far, far away but is now in my neighborhood!
Cute! I refused to let today be ordinary, even when the rain ruined my initial plans. I just went with the flow, and had a lot of fun along the way.

Aww this is lovely. One of the days I really need it too. I woke up in a not-so-cheery mood this morning but this is definitely making me want to turn my mood around. Today WILL be a good one!

Yesterday it rained while the hubs and I were at the splash park with our kids so he and I just sat and let the rain fall down on us…….It felt so carefree!!!
We tried to savor the moment (until the 5 yr old started complaining ;(. )

So inspirational! I just read this post and realized that yesterday actually was quite extraordinary. For no particular reason, it was an exceptional day…memorable. I lived it to the fullest - PRed in a race, took on a new and exciting challenge, bought a ticket to HLS. When I woke up yesterday morning, I never expected any of it, but I decided to live the day exactly how I wanted and I loved every minute!
