HI! And welcome to Girl Meets Health. Iâm the girl, Gracie
And this is my very first post!

Iâve got to admit that I had a million and half things I wanted to do with this blog before I even began posting. But Iâve realized that Iâd end up taking forever to do those things, so why not just start posting! I kind of feel like I need to make some sort of huge introduction or description of this blog right about now, but letâs just skip that part for now and get to the good stuff…the FOOD!
Breakfast this morning was my favorite as of late: a green monster and a ginormous whole wheat pancake topped with peanut butter.

This baby packed in a solid 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of vanilla almond milk, a banana, and some Greek yogurt for protein.



Deeeelicious! I canât say it filled me up 100 percent, though, so Iâm thinking lunch is in order for a few hours from now!
Iâve off to work on organizing my room. Can I just say how truly wonderful Wonder Hangers are?! Aaand when Iâm done with that I should probably work on the “About Me” section for this bloggity

Can you tell me exactly how you make the green shake? I feel like I would gag drinking it; is it really good? How was the movie? I LOVE that you go to the movies with your mom. Loved reading all of this! You are adorable!
