Music plays a HUGE role in my work-out motivation too! That said, I love finding new songs to add to my iPod. I have quite a few of those, but there are also a few newbies!

Totally agree! Music does so much for me in workouts, working from home, well…pretty much in every area of my life. Sometimes I don’t even realize it, but if I turn on some good tunes my attitude instantly improves. love it:)
I’ve run without music before, but it’s P-A-I-N-F-U-L. I can definitely do weights without music though - I find them way more interesting on their own.
I always keep my workout playlist full of Britney Spears music. The Glee versions are my latest editions. They are awesome. Especially their cut of Toxic. I recommend it!
Thanks for the playlist! I just got a bunch of new (to me, at least) music from my sister when she visited last weekend and I’ll be posting that on my blog soon because it’s done WONDERS for my workouts. I’m with you, though, I need GOOD, BOOTY SHAKIN’ music when I workout:) Oh, and I have that song “Better Than Her” by Matisse and “Raise Your Glass” by Pink, too…good ones!

I refuse to workout without my Ipod. When I forget to charge it I head home and call it a day off. I mix up my workout between B Spears, Kayne West, and Lady Gaga haha.

Oh I totally agree It would be so hard to workout without our music! Lol. Today I think I am just going to go in my room and simply dance for my workout later on today. Could not do that wihtout my music! Thanks for sharing some songs!

Right now my playlist has a lot of old 90′s songs. Nothing like the Spice Girls to motivate me through a run.
Oh, God…I am all about the dance songs. And when I’m running races, I sometimes whip out some sweet arm moves to amp myself up and keep myself going.
Yes, that is the most embarassing of all possible things I could have confessed tonight. But I own it.
Not embarrassing at all!! I totally break out dance moves when I’m working out hahaha.

Me too! I dont workout if I dont have my IPOD..Its just not fun! I like to pretend Im at a club dancing when I am running.. Keep that on the DL though
“club can’t handle me” is the most motivating song ever, when i’m in a bad mood i play it and it always makes me dance!!
