Now that I’ve just celebrated my 25th birthday, I’m becoming more aware of the fact that I can’t treat my skin like I did back when I was a teenager. Over the years I’ve definitely learned about the importance of using a moisturizer -– and have tried at least a dozen of them — but, more recently, I’ve been learning that not all moisturizers are created equal. That’s where Olay® Total Effects Tone Correcting UV Moisturizer comes in.

Not only does Total Effects Tone Correcting UV Moisturizer provide the daily moisture I need to keep my skin looking and feeling healthy, it also fights all seven of these signs of aging:
1. Line Minimization: Reduces the appearance of fine wrinkles
2. Nourishing Moisturization: For a radiant, healthy glow
3. Tone Enhancement: Balances color and reduces appearance of age spots
4. Gentle exfoliation: Smoothes and evens skin texture
5. Eye Puffiness Reduction: Massages to reduce the appearance of eye puffiness
6. Free Radical Defense: Helps prevent damage to skin’s surface
7. Dryness Defense: Reduces the appearance of dryness.
Reducing signs of aging such as fine lines and wrinkles was never really something I’ve had to consider. With my 30th birthday just five years away, though, fighting the signs of aging is something I want to get a jump start on as soon as I can! And then there’s the fact that Total Effects Tone Correcting UV Moisturizer protects my skin from sun damage (with SPF 15) and free radicals in the air. As someone who is constantly walking around the streets of New York City, this is crucial when it comes to choosing the right moisturizer for my skin. Another thing I look for in a moisturizer is how easily it can be applied to my skin, and Total Effects Tone Correcting UV Moisturizer goes on smoothly and flawlessly.

I used the Light to Medium shade, which blends into my skin tone perfectly, without any streaks. I love how Olay Total Effects Tone Correcting UV Moisturizer covers all of the things I look for in a moisturizer, because it keeps me from having to buy a bunch of different products. I’m always on the go and/or traveling, so being able to have one moisturizer that not only protects my skin but also acts as a light and flawless makeup, well, what more could I ask for?

I always look for my moisturizer to have some UV protection! I’m also currently taking care of my dry eyes by wearing a special cream at night. The rest of my face would love the exra love with this rough allergy/dry season!
I am always looking for a moisturizer that has UV protection, while being non-greasy. I make my skin a priority and moisturize every morning after my shower and use a night cream every night.

I put lotion on right after I get out of the shower and I put on a moisturizer with sunscreen everyday…and I don’t wear makeup which saves a lot of time.
My morning beauty routine is quite a rush. I try to save time on my skin care routine by choosing products that have dual/multiple functions. Such as SPF-ed moisturizer or moisturized body wash, etc. The Olay Total Effects Tone Correcting UV Moisturizer sounds amazing and I need to give it a try! Thanks for the detailed review!

For night moisturizers, I look for something heavier. For daytime on makeup days, I have to have something that will absorb into my skin and keep it moisturized under the makeup.

i wash my face in the shower to save time – and i always look for SPF in my moisturiers!

First thing in the morning and last thing at night is the care I give my skin. I find it even more important, now that I’m past my first half century, to be gentle and moisturize to help plump the skin. My daytime moisturzier has SPF and night time one is thick enough to work while I sleep. In a moisturizer, I want to minimize fine lines, even skin tone and smoothe any dryness.
I take care of my skin by cleansing and moisturizing. I look for moisturizers with SPF too

One thing I do to save time is apply a mask 2 or 3 times a week first thing in the morning. Then it has time to work and dry while I make coffee, get clothes ready, etc. By the time I take my shower, I just wash it off in the shower and my skin feels so soft!

I try to take the time in the morning to wash my face as soon as I get up, rinse with cool water and then pat dry. I usually wait a bit until after I’ve had my coffee to apply moisturizer with SPF for the day. At night, I always apply moisturizer before I got to bed.
I like a moisturizer that isn’t greasy and that smells good.

I keep Olay cleaning clothes on my bed nightstand so I never miss cleansing my face even on nights when I’m so tired. I also have some sample size moisturizers I keep beside bed as well to hydrate the face too.
