		<description>Hi Gracie!  I&#039;m only now starting to comment on some of the blogs I read, and since I&#039;ve been reading yours for a little while, I wanted to say hello!  It&#039;s great hearing about your own experience and being able to relate to some of your struggles.

I think #8 is so important!  And yet is can be such a hard thing to accept.  Patience is a virtue I haven&#039;t quite mastered.

I would have to say one of the most positive steps for me has been accepting how important it is to treat myself well, to be kind to myself.  That I shouldn&#039;t deprive myself or beat myself up.  I feel like it is this mentality is what is finally allowing me to take the right steps toward a more healthy lifestyle. :)</description>
